Eligibility for Returns
Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our hats, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Unfortunately, sale items, custom-designed, or personalized hats (e.g., monogrammed or custom-sized) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect.
