    Eligibility for Returns

    Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our hats, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

    • The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
    • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Unfortunately, sale items, custom-designed, or personalized hats (e.g., monogrammed or custom-sized) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect.

    Return Process

    • Contact Us: If you need to return an item, please email us at mithchellsdesigns@yahoo.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
    • Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the shipping address.
    • Ship Your Item: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
    • Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
